How long does a typical inspection take?
A standard home inspection for a condo typically takes 1 to 1.5 hours. Properties up to 3,000
square feet generally require 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the home’s condition. Multi-unit
properties may take 2 to 2.5 hours
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
While not required, we highly recommend attending the last 30 minutes for a walkthrough where Larry can explain the findings in person.
When will I receive my report?
We guarantee same-day delivery for all standard reports. Specialized lab testing (Mold/Radon) may take 24-48 hours for lab results.
